Refunds/replacements are allowed only if:
Wrong item delivered.
Damaged or spoiled product received.
Payment made but order not delivered.
Refund requests must be raised within 2 hours of delivery with proof (photo).
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
