At Fruite Juice Centre, we are committed to delivering fresh and hygienic juices to our customers in the fastest and safest way possible.

1. Order Processing Time
   
   

   • All confirmed orders received before 7:00 PM will be processed and dispatched on the same day.
     
     

   • Orders received after 7:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
     
     

2. Delivery Timelines
   
   

   • Local Deliveries  [chuttmalpur]): 1–2 business days.
     
     

   • Other Locations (outstation deliveries): 2–5 business days depending on the location and courier partner.
     
     

3. Delivery Charges
   
   

   • Free delivery on orders above ₹500.
     
     

   • A nominal delivery charge of ₹50 will be applicable on orders below ₹500.
     
     

4. Order Tracking & Support
   
   

   • Customers will be notified about the order status via SMS/WhatsApp.

5. Damaged / Incorrect Orders
   
   

   • If you receive any damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
